POSITION: Engineering Aide-Contractual basis/Staff Engineer (Federation of BacMan Host Communities)


NATURE OF WORK
Risk Based Inspection- Asset Risks Management System (ARMS-RBI) Data Encoder
Inspection of different FCRS appurtenance (e.g. wellhead assembly, wellhead anchor casing, valves, separator vessels, and pipelines)
Conduct Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging of Fluid Collection and Re-Injection System (FCRS) Pipelines, Wellhead assembly, and Separator Vessels.
Documentation of Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging Results.
Prepares cost estimates for various works or projects.
Assistance to field engineers in supervision of various works or projects. (Contractor's awarded project, e.g. welding works, construction works, painting, insulation and other work related projects within the company.
Conduct inventory/data gathering of FCRS appurtenance/s (e.g. Number of wells, Separator vessels, Number of valves, Length of pipeline and other vital parts related in the production of high quality steam.
Assistance to supervisor in determination of Maintenance annual budget.
Reporting to immediate supervisor of the daily activity done on the field and in the office.
