Being an Sr. Technical Engineer; is responsible to work closely with the IT Technical Head and Project Managers of Different Projects and other project team members for the;
* IT Technical Related Works and Matters
* Set up and Configuring Network Connections of All Offices Locations.
* Set up Internet Connection and Internet Security Server & Domain Server per Projects.
* Attend to End-users (Workstations) Technical Concern Regarding Operation Procedures and Hardware/Software Problems and Monitor the Smooth and Orderly Operations of Users.
* Identify and Resolve Network and System Issues, Ensuring Optimal Performance and Uptime for the
Company's Critical Applications.
* Proper Documentation Monitoring for the Technical Group.
* Maintain Updated IT Equipment Inventory.
