• Ensure that Integrated Management System (IMS) is implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004, legal and other requirements subscribed by the organization.
• Leading Quality, Safety and Environment Manufacturing Excellence Pillar System. Provide Master Plan as per the Pillar Methodology and conduct regular health check to ensure that the vision and mission of Quality, Safety and Environment Pillar are achieved.
• Monitor the performance of Quality, Safety and Environment System on daily basis through DDS or Performance Control System.
• Manage and conduct Management System Internal Audit including Manufacturing Excellence Audit.
• Plan, organize and follow up Management Review Meeting. Report to Top Management on the performance of the Integrated Management System including needs for improvement
• Implement IMS documentation through Q-Pulse- Automated Integrated Management Systems
• Provide quality tools and knowledge in solving various problems
• Plan/coordinate organization's targets, programs and objectives among working parties (Process Owner; Sub-Process Owner) base on customer requirements and compelling business needs (CBN).
• Participation, communication and consultation between Management and more than three hundred (300) employees with SAR200 million in annual sales
• Develop, implement and deliver internal training programs for varying levels of individuals
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Handles the skill needs assessment for the site in terms of lean/OME, and arrange for the trainings accordingly with external trainers and the lean organization.
• Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize training evaluation reports. Determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of incident investigation, root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Action System.
• Performs team leader duties and designates the manning needed to get the job done
• To plan, control and maintain Quality Assurance System before and after or during production to achieve the Company Policy Standard and Customer Satisfaction
• Responsible for the decision making regarding the acceptance/rejection of the non-conforming products or raw materials
• Responsible for the decision of Releasing and Disposing the non-conforming products
• Performs equipment maintenance, job change, installation and machine set up
• Monitors sensitivity and process capability of inspection machines and equipment
• Performs routine inspection, monitoring and immediate troubleshooting of machine and equipment as problem arises and implements adjustment and modification of equipment operating parameters to further improve operation
• Responsible for Equipment and Machines Calibration. Performs scheduled calibration check of equipment using the standard calibrated and traceable instruments/tools.
• Conducts evaluation, studies, analysis and related technical investigation to establish procedure and effect process improvement and participate in knowledge enrichment effort of the company
• Act as Lead Auditor during Internal Audit in compliance to ISO Standard ISO 9001:2008 and Food Safety System Certification (ISO 22000 + PAS 223) and HACCP.
