I hold teaching, assessing(A1) and verification(V1) which has allowed me to understand and utilise concepts of training and education. Through my role, I have experience in internal verification and assessment processes.Teaching and Assessing to national standards(NVQ) and company policies and proceedures, with both classroom and workshop lessons,
I also carryout observations and appraisals on trainers and assessors in line with qualification standards and take standardization meetings to ensure quality and standards are being met.
Teaching, Assessing of Saudi students in mechanical and pipefitting courses .Responsible for course management and delivery of theory and practical sessions.And was lead Verifier for other courses to ensure all training was in line with company and awarding bodies standards.
I was previously manager of a training and assessment centre in the UK, where I had full responsibility for all staff including trainers admin and maintenance staff and reporting directly to Director of Construction.
Specifically responsible for working within the management team and reporting to Head of Faculty of Construction
• worked as section leader managing assessors, lecturers and administrators
• managed all aspects of the centre including maintenance of facilities and equipment
• supervised administration to ensure that student records and course fees are up to date
• monitored performance of team members as measured by key performance indicators
• held monthly team briefings to co-ordinate training and activities of the centre
• managed enrolment, registration and support of students throughout training courses
• personally delivered aspects of the courses using tutorials and individual learning plans
