Manages overall DMC library circulation and collection maintenance and organization; manages DMC records in Sierra ILS, i.e. create lists, holds, etc.; trains, directs, and monitors Library Assistants in performing routine Library functions; performs Reference services and delivers Library orientation and Information literacy sessions; Generates and maintains library statistics and Audit reports.

Was tasked to develop full-scale project plans, projected timelines and associated communications document for the proposal of the creation of the NIT Library; Selected and evaluated probable online resources, database subscriptions, and library collections, both in print and non-print, for faculty and administrators’ evaluation; Collaborated with faculty in determining and evaluating information needs and resources.
• Developed and delivered proposal for the NIT Library creation, including progress reports, cost estimates and budget proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Was later assigned to Student Affairs Department -- implemented records management tactics to organize Student Records.
• Initiated the creation of NIT Students Recreation Program. Developed facilities for student recreation. Developed and conducted NIT Sports tournaments.
Hired by VP of Operations as a Consultant for the business proposal of the creation of the ACIT Centralized Filing Center.
• Conducted Feasibility study for the creation of ACIT Centralized Filing Center;
• Drafted Records Management policies for various stages of the business processes for the ACIT Centralized Filing Center;
