• Manages the library circulation including handling loans, overdues, recalls, inter-college and inter-library loans.

1. Directs and manages the NIT Library development;
2. Conducts Needs Analysis and SWOT analysis using appropriate tools to be able to define the objectives and mission and vision of the Library;
3. Develop full-scale project plans, projected timelines and associated communications documents;
4. Effectively communicate project expectations to NIT Administrators in a timely and clear fashion;
5. Coordinate with project stakeholders and NIT Administrators on an ongoing basis;
6. Selects and evaluates probable online resources, database subscriptions, and library collections, both in print and non-print, for faculty and administrators’ evaluation.
