Does the majority of the actual cooking in a Seafood kitchen.
Prepares orders that include seafood dishes from the Menu.
Responsible for the storage of food, both incoming stock and leftovers.
Assists in unloading delivery trucks and ensuring that food is stored in the appropriate conditions.
Called upon to help Executive Chefs test new recipes.
Keep track of what supplies they use to aid in re-ordering supplies as necessary.
Ensures that all items are appropriately cleaned and ready for use before and after each shift. Also responsible for keeping the station in working order and fully stocked.
Responsible for preparing items prior to a meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood.
Ensures that the kitchen meets sanitation standards as set by the Executive Chef and local regulatory bodies.
Coordinates with district personnel (e.g. annual auction, mobile telephone/radio services, scheduling district vehicles, coordinate and bill for rental equipment/facilities) for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services and/or programs.
Monitor assigned programs and/or projects for the purpose of conforming to administrative requirements.
Monitors warehouse functions in conjunction with Supervisor for the purpose of providing efficient operations.
Researches vendors, new products, laws, regulations, etc. for the purpose of recommending purchases, contracts and maintaining district wide services.
Assists other personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
Conducts physical inventories for department supplies for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
Procures equipment, supplies and materials for department for the purpose of maintaining availability of required items and completing jobs efficiently.
Prepare Vehicle by conducting operator maintenance.
Plan Route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the station.
Transport the Managing Director, talents, staff and guests.
Fulfill special requests the office by picking up and delivering items or equipment as directed and running errands.
Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.
Collection of lunch boxes for staff ( and for VIPs as and when needed
Actively and originally promoted Citibank credit card being offered
Double checked applications to ensure they are properly completed
Offer available added value promotions to customers
Achieved the sale & distribution objectives
Understands the needs of the clients and suggest them a home that would fit their needs and fall within their budget by organizing home visits for the purchaser.
Provides full support to the clients in negotiating of the purchase, and helping in organizing of the appraisal, home inspections etc.
Helps the clients in selling their home or in leasing out with real estate.
Handles all the tasks related to the marketing as such as determining the proper sales price, market it to the general public, and negotiate with the potential buyers.
