Research, select and purchase quality products and materials for Royal family and VIP passengers.
•Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
•Process requisitions and update management on status of orders using Oracle-UCAS.
•Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
•Arrange transport of goods (pipeline) and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
•Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
•Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
•Assess quality of stock received, PO versus PR and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.

•Creating PO, RFQ requests for contract and Purchase Order generation and Release.
•Documentation. Daily monitoring of Shipment Status for Original documents and Containers at Port for Clearance.
•General Analyses. Stock on Hand, Inventory, Fast/Slow Moving items for proper demand forecast.
