Supervising 50 Fleets. Responsible for the shipment of full and empty container (Import and Export). Reporting directly to the CEO.
• Tracking the 24 hour delivery period of each truck (220 Fleets).
• Making reports such as travel report, vehicle monitoring, speed report and delivery time report.
• Making schedule of daily delivery.
• Coordinating with the drivers about the dispatching schedule.
• Locating the exact location of delivery trucks from time to time with the use of GPS Tracking System.
• Informing all the concern regarding the departure time and possible arrival time of the delivery in each branch.
• Informing the drivers which alternate route to use during rush hour.
• Monitoring and maintaining the GPS Locator when needed.
• Reports directly to the department manager.
