Responsibilities: * Manage End-to-end recruitment Process for various skilled IT Professionals
* Conduct market intelligence research to generate possible leads for the search, cold calling, networking and asking for referrals
* Screening and matching candidates to job descriptions of the client to ensure delivery of best fit candidates every time.
* Qualify our candidates through phone interviews and face to face for further evaluation.

* In charge of monthly invoicing activity with client.
* Conducted coaching and counseling for consultants on disciplinary issues.
* As onsite support communicated with the client on a daily basis to build relationship.

• Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
