• Responsible for Haematology / Transplant line in the Egyptian market
• Introduced and launched the new products (Evoltra, Mozobil, Thymoglobulin) in the Egyptian Market
• Established a high level of client relations
• Continuous work with hospitals committees to ensure the enlisting of the existing products and to facilitate the introduction of the new products.
• Work and follow up with MOH committees to facilitate the introduction of the new products into the major tender
• Successfully manage and support large account ensuring proper handling of requests as well as problem resolution
• Develop a short and long term plan for each product to maximize the business opportunities
• Preparing and organizing all the marketing activities concerning the Egyptian market
• Continues follow up with the agents in Egypt (Sales, import of products, proper delivery to the patients and hospitals)
• Continues support to the customers with all required and the updated medical data about our product and the related diseases area
- Develop marketing campaigns and tactics for each market separately
- Training and development of the sales team
- Product P & L and budgeting
- Building KOL advocates and management activities
- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments
- Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally
- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
- Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan
- Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign
Responsible for annual sales target of Egypt
- Responsible for all the promotional tasks of the Sprycel in Egypt
- Continues follow up with the disturbers to insure the proper delivery of the product
- Manage and organize the participation in the local events
- Setting and executing the marketing plan for the area of my responsibly
- Continuously assisted management in special projects, and escalated issues
- Special assignment from the Regional Marketing department for executing the local marketing task
Responsible for the annual sales target of Perfalgan, Maxipime, Cefzil, & Duraicif
- Strong contribution in the Launching of Perfalagan in Egypt
- Work with different committees to enlist Perfalgan & Maxipime in the formulary of the big accounts
-Successfully manage and support the big accounts ensuring proper problem solving
- Coordinate with the marketing department for executing focused marketing campaign
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to deal with the KOL
- Responsible for the organization of the group meeting inside and outside the hospitals
