• Responsible for the occupational health of staffs, workers and other personnel within the project
• Conducting Medical Baseline Data for all personnel within the project
• Coordinating with HSE Officers and Managers regarding implementation of health programs and promotions
• Assessment and documentation of health problems of workers and staffs
• Organizing Health Surveillance program to ensure workers are fit to work.
• Coordinating with Health Agencies to provide annual medical examination for workers
• Acts as key personnel during Emergency situations coordinating with the ERT.
• Monitoring first aid cases and illness trends to gather data in developing strategies to minimize/eliminate such occurrences.
• Providing training and health educations to increase the awareness of workers.
