• To monitor QA/QC related activities of the projects during the execution of Aluminum Curtain Walls, Skylights, Aluminum Composite Panels, Doors and Windows;
• To ensure that all installed Aluminum, Accessories, Gaskets and etc. are accordance with the specified material;
• Perform all internal and external inspections on behalf of the companies management;
• Attend client quality management meetings;
• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representative;
• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports;
• Assist in other assignment given by superior and/or management.

• Perform daily inspections and tests of the scope according to the projects quality-related procedures and ensure the construction activities on-site are as per the method statement and inspection test plan;
• Coordinate with the Clients Representative and Site In-charge for inspections and meetings regarding the quality problems and the closure of Non-compliance Reports (NCR) and Site Instructions (SI);
• Control and monitor all activities per the Quality Management System (QMS) and report its status to QA/QC Manager;
• Manage the projects QA/QC documents, including the certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, and permanent materials delivered on-site;
• Liaise with the Technical Engineer to submit material submittals to the Client;
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Relevant Projects Involved:
• Park McKinley West Residential Project Phase 1, 2 and 3, Taguig City, Philippines
• Inspecting site conditions prior to start of construction activities. Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works. Checking for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work. Making sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected;
• Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings;
• Checking that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies;
• Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals;
• Prepare daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc. Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual;
• Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. Reporting any concerns;
• Assisting with the inspection of completed works. Helping prepare punch lists. Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works;
• Observes work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed and materials used confirm to specification;
• Ensure that proper safety procedures are followed in co-operation with the Health & Safety Engineer;
• Takes samples of various materials tests and calls for testing as required;
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work co-operatively and jointly to provide a quality streamline service;
• Assist for documentations to complete the documents before conducting any inspections;
• Taking care of documents of the project including inspection request, and site instruction/observation, permanent material delivered at the site;
• Ensures that the clients requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and quality;
• Perform all other duties given by direct manager.

• Assists the lead quantity surveyor in monthly cost monitoring;
• Prepares request for budget supplement;
• Assists the project manager in preparing procurement plans until approval of the Management;
• Ensures that recommended bidders are the approved shortlisted suppliers;
• Monitors the procurement bidding and submissions to ensure the timely award of the specialty works;
• Facilitates procurement, bid conferences, and negotiation with the negotiating committee;
• Prepares draft subcontract agreements for processing and signing at head office;
• Analyzes, compiles results, and prepares a preliminary draft of recommendation report for review and approval of the management;
• Documents and reviews any changes or amendments that may arise during subcontract implementation or execution;
• Assists the lead quantity surveyor in various variation claims to the employer;
• Reviews the content of the documents for claims submitted by the subcontractors;
• Monitors that the subcontractors produce deliverables that meet our contractual obligations to the employer;
• Checks/ evaluates/ coordinates subcontractors’ billing, accomplishment and charges;
• Prepares subcontractors’ accomplishment and recommendation for payment;
• Prepares and processes vendor performance evaluation whenever needed;
• Assists the project team in preparing project close-out reports;
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Participate in kick-off meetings to understand the scope and instructions in the preparation of the Bill of Quantities;
• Assist in routine site monitoring to report the quality, Progress and conformity with the contract documents at various roads and infrastructure projects;
• Assist in Bill of Quantities preparation and estimation of various horizontal civil engineering works;
• Assist in site construction management.
