1. Monitoring situation and day to day operation ensuring all customers will be assisted based from Appointment time and date.
2. Responsible for all reports including Daily Reports, Stock Material Report and Monthly Report.
3. Supervise the flow of daily work and to attend all complaints from customers.

5. Follow up and close selling/cross selling lead referrals.
6. Consistently illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in day to day conduct.

1. Perform clerical duties in nearly every industry.
2. Managing and distributing information within an office. Includes
answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files.
3. In charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as
greeting clients and customers.
4. File papers and documents.
5. Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers,
computers and faxes.
1. Have professionally and ethically create, maintain, expand sales in designated territory assignment and provide continuing education and service to targeted physicians.
2. Responsible for generating market share and market share growth for assigned professional pharmaceuticals products within a specific geographic area. Achieves monthly / quarterly and annual sales goals.
3. Maintain territory profitability through sensible expense control measures. Utilizes monthly budget to maximize profitability and return on investment.
4. Formulate proposal / marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.
5. Manage territory sales and marketing expense budget to maximize the effectiveness of expenditures.
6. Maintain accurate record of sales expense, customer files and field sales reports required, communicating required information as needed.
