Planned, developed and implemented the ICT Function Project from start. The function comprised of the IT Infrastructure comprising of networks, servers and workstations, data bases, websites, security, storage and ERP. Developed the organization website. Supervised installation of long distance fiber cable for the institution by the contractor. Developed fiber reticulation diagrams within the company space in consultation with the network manager. Initiated formation of internal ICT Committee and drafted its Terms of Reference and became Committee secretary. Attend ICT national, regional and international conferences on behalf of the institution. Continuously revise ICT operations for purposes of improvement. Communicate with stakeholders including users, suppliers, management, Internet Service Providers, government officials, local authorities and donors.
