Duties and responsibilities:
o Broad knowledge across several Product supply disciplines through the close partnership with several functions such as Purchasing, Consumer Marketing, Product Research, Initiative Delivery, Purchasing, and Operations for the successful execution of the projects and initiatives.
o Owning the entire 30 M$ packaging materials portfolio for the Fabric Care and the Home Care departments for the Ariel, Tide, Bonux and Fairy brands.
o Leading a diverse team of 5 employees with seniorities ranging from 3 to 17 years.
o Works closely with marketing and sales teams to design and implement new and innovative packaging designs.
o Develops packages and constantly improves their “First Moment of Truth” in order to meet the customer demands and delight the consumers.
o Conducts line trials/acceptance test for any Packaging/Process modifications and their commissioning, qualifications and validations.
o Develops Process Control Strategies with Global R&D for new projects to ensure that quality and reliability standards are met across every manufacturing stage.
o Owning the suppliers’ qualifications, development and capability program and qualified as an External Quality assurance auditor, auditing suppliers to ensure their compatibility and adherence to P&G standards.
o Knowledge and experience with various packaging materials such as PE, PET/PE flexible films, corrugated boxes, adhesive tapes and labels, injection molding and blow molding.
o Dry Laundry Department representative in the Work Process improvement pillar across the site, responsible for the lean manufacturing improvements trainings and implementation in the Dry Laundry department.
o Technology owner for the VFFS machines across the department
o Responsible for the process reliability, Material utilization, and process control for 3 packing lines with 27 operators.
o Led the CEEMEA global standardization plans for the F&HC packaging department
o Productivity and standardized work owner across the Packing department
o Loss Elimination and savings projects owner for the F&HC packaging department managing the losses reduction and the product’s TDC improvements
• Technology Projects:
o Analyzing requirements and designing the integration layer and system changes
o Supervising or carrying out developments and Unit tests for developments
o Following up the project during its testing and deployment and providing post deployment support
o Maintaining quality of deliverables, unit test reports and proper documentation.
• Support & Vendor Management:
o Ensure delivery for all fixes sent thought SD -taking into consideration its impact on the other business solutions- within the agreed SLA.

• 6 week internship at ITWorx (which is the largest software professional services firm in Egypt) that was divided between:
1. The Quality department: where I was analyzing SRS documents, developing test cases and using test tools and looking for system bugs.
2. The development department: where I was developing web applications using ASP.net on one project and also JAVA on another one. I gained valuable knowledge in java programming with Eclipse IDE, HTML, database connectivity using Apache Derby and also website development with ASP.net and database management.
3. My internship project was to develop a web application that allows the software developing team to communicate together, monitor the progress and manage the project by updating and uploading files while at distant locations.
• 6 week internship at ITWorx (which is the largest software professional services firm in Egypt) that was divided between: 1.
