Prepare analysis for new requirement
• Prepare test cases for new requirements
• implement and configure ERP, Sales, HR and Set Systems in "Milling Companies in
KSA".
• Assist clients with implementation and training of ERP Modules.
• Configure software system to assist in business organizational changes needs as
requested by customer.
• Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation.
• Coordinate with customer to resolve issues.
• Support clients, fix software issues and deliver issues to developers in clear details.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
