 Monitors the gateway activities and act on the clients claims and issues

 Supports various internal groups and Engineering disciplines during the engineering, construction and commissioning phase of the project ensuring smooth work around and coordination on site
 Involved in the project completion by handling a designated team for the system punch clearing priorto the hand‐over phase of the project
 Ensures Safety requirements, Quality and Environmental procedures are met, completed and compiled
 Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
 Occasionally interacts and communicates professionally with the client

 Part of the offshore Network Operations Team (NOC) of Verizon Business
 Manages, verifies and troubleshoots the T1 (DS‐1), T0 (DS0) and line circuits of the company’s various high priority clients and TELCOs
 Meticulously checks and verifies the correct circuit configuration of the client during the troubleshooting procedure and identifying where the issue is coming from
 Works with offshore technicians to ensure that an efficient solution will be carried out in a timely manner
 Provide clients with clear and concise updates during the troubleshooting process
 Part of the disaster recovery team that provides deliverable solution to the client on a particular
 timeframe during major TELCO outages within the state. ( i.e. Hurricane Sandy Flood in NY on 2012 )

Involved in the design and preparation of the overall PA/GA block diagram of the project’s functional system during the engineering design phase
 Coordinating with specified vendors and suppliers for verifications and clarifications in reference to the project specification requirements for the system

 Provide technical knowledge and assistance to the client and subcontractors by conducting equipment training to ensure that the proper knowledge in installation and handling of the equipment is carried over to the client and subcontractors
