Monitors the gateway activities and act on the clients claims and issues
Troubleshoot network issues and ensures that desired service quality
Updates and reconciles rate pricing within a specific client and provider
Involved in the installation and commissioning phase of the PABX, CCTV, PAGA, Access Control, Structured Cabling, UHF, Tetra Radio and NMS systems
Supervised, plan, schedule, assign, and evaluate the personnel involved in the construction and installation activity of the telecommunications system of the project

Worked and coordinated with the Engineering Group for any deviation on the standards and layout drawings and provide the best possible solution as per actual site condition
Ensures that the work done by the sub‐contractors are accomplished within the appropriate time and is compliant with the company’s level of quality and standards
Interacts directly with the sub‐contractor to ensure that they are provided with the needed technical information and support in the construction, commissioning and troubleshooting of the Telecommunication equipment
Supports various internal groups and Engineering disciplines during the engineering, construction and commissioning phase of the project ensuring smooth work around and coordination on site
Involved in the project completion by handling a designated team for the system punch clearing priorto the hand‐over phase of the project
Ensures Safety requirements, Quality and Environmental procedures are met, completed and compiled
Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
Occasionally interacts and communicates professionally with the client
Part of the offshore Network Operations Team (NOC) of Verizon Business
Manages, verifies and troubleshoots the T1 (DS‐1), T0 (DS0) and line circuits of the company’s various high priority clients and TELCOs
Meticulously checks and verifies the correct circuit configuration of the client during the troubleshooting procedure and identifying where the issue is coming from
Works with offshore technicians to ensure that an efficient solution will be carried out in a timely manner
Provide clients with clear and concise updates during the troubleshooting process
Part of the disaster recovery team that provides deliverable solution to the client on a particular
timeframe during major TELCO outages within the state. ( i.e. Hurricane Sandy Flood in NY on 2012 )
Complies with the company’s standard in terms of quality and timely solution as well as company-client relation
Drives trouble tickets towards a timely and precise solution
Involved in the design and preparation of the overall PA/GA block diagram of the project’s functional system during the engineering design phase
Coordinating with specified vendors and suppliers for verifications and clarifications in reference to the project specification requirements for the system

Lead contact for the Engineering planning and design ofMW telecommunications link of NEC Pasolink Neo (Digital Microwave System)
Designs radio communications sites to establish building and tower placement, power requirements, antenna placement and communications equipment required for new and/or existing sites.
Analyzes telecommunications problems and needs (e.g. interference, intelligibility, clarity and E1
capacity) to determine the most appropriate means of reducing, eliminating and/or avoiding current and future problems and improving communications.
Provides new link budget details to the subcontractor for the MW links that had design changes (e.g. frequency, antenna location, interference issues)
Supervision of Site Survey for NEC Pasolink Neo (Digital Microwave System)
Supervision of Outdoor/Indoor Installation for NEC Pasolink Neo (Digital Microwave System), and Cnode multiplexer
Supervision of Acceptance Testing/Commissioning for NEC Pasolink Neo (Digital Microwave System), and C‐Node multiplexer
Involved in updating and downloading of NCT designed link through Pasolink Network Management Terminal Java Version (PNMTj)
Involved in MW link design and provide link budget data for NEC Pasolink Neo using AIRCOM as the design tool
In‐charge of providing and updating link budget and E1 distribution plan for the NEC Pasolink Neo

Install, commission and troubleshoot L2 Switch for the NMS system
Provide technical knowledge and assistance to the client and subcontractors by conducting equipment training to ensure that the proper knowledge in installation and handling of the equipment is carried over to the client and subcontractors

Participate and represent the company during weekly implementation and planning meetings with the client
Tracks the project milestone and progress
Tracks and provides information of the delivered and deliverable materials with the warehouse personel ensuring correct and real-time information of the equipment availability.
