Lead in-house recruiter for MENA region for the onshore and offshore requirements.
Achievements:
• Received a certificate of recognition for recruiting 506 professional staff in 2019. Also, commended for the highest number of placements not only in the Middle East but Globally.
• Achieved nationality and gender diversification drive set out by the company.
• Directly recruited more than 1, 000+ Professional personnel over the course of 4 years from General Manager up to business support level, most of my placements were recruited personally which saved McDermott millions in external agency fees.

• QatarGas NFPS Project - taking care of recruitment and identifying potential candidates for Engineering (FEED/ Detailed Engineering), PMT, QHSES, Hook Up, Completions, Commissioning & Construction, Supply Chain, and Client (QatarGas) Support staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional client service with an expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components, but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage & salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
• Confers with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
• Work with Global Talent Acquisition Manager and HR business partners to support strategic initiatives and planning of recruitment in the MENA region.
• Provide input for continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition processes and practices; proactively monitor and enforce compliance of TA within permitted activity rules, policies and as per local labour laws.
• Delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates and advances the McDermott brand across numerous markets and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
• Maintain the progress of candidate status in the applicant tracking system (Oracle Taleo) throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity of candidates.
• Conducts regular visits to the hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
