•Conducts battery and rectifier to ensure power system provided by Emerson adheres to standard based on the specifications provided which includes load simulation, discharge test, external alarm simulation, low load voltage disconnect and battery low voltage disconnect functionality of the cabinet..
•Provides report regarding the SAT/PAT results.
•Attends RFTI of various sites and ensure all installation adhere to the approved plan.
NOC Surveillance Engineer I- Wi-Tribe Telecoms Inc. July 18, 2012 to June 31, 2013.
•Manage and maintains Motorola Element Management System (these report on the status and performance of Wi-tribe’s network, ISP services and BTS status).
•Responsible for monitoring the integrity of the Network (24x7) via existing surveillance tools including but not limited to RAN EMS, Transmission NMS, IP Core, Servers, Power, etc. and undertaking of necessary actions on network alarms/faults.
•In charge on first and second level isolation/troubleshooting of alarms, escalation and dispatch of FO/NSM for any outages, alarms, or site facility issues.
•Responsible for creation and monitoring of Planned Work Order (PWO) activities based on applied CRF, ensuring proper advisory notification of PWO including Planned/Unplanned outages.
•Maintenance of Harris Startex/Aviat Networks Digital Radio, and management of elements through NMS/ProVision.
•Onsite and Remote troubleshooting of Cisco ME3400 Switch, 7606 and 7609 routers.
•Installation, Commissioning and Integration of Motorola/Nokia-Siemens Wi-Max Access Point(AP)

•Inspect and approve the proposed electrical layout and quotations/quantity for permanent power energization of newly constructed sites.
•Conducts site surveys (JTS), site kick off meeting. (SKOM) & civil works pre acceptance test (PAT) for roof top sites and lot sites.
•Performs site inspection including foundation and pedestal rebar properties installation prior to concrete pouring, pre-galvanization and post-galvanization inspection of tower and sun shelter prior to tower erection.
•Conducts validation/quantification as per installed on site noting for the sites with variations.
• Reviews company profile of civil works and SAQ contractors for the full turnkey (FTK) implementation prior to accreditation.
•Conducts supervision/ representative for the material testing of tower, rebar and concrete test.
•Reviews site folder (As-built, details of MW and DAP antennas) for Final hand over of sites/FAC.
**Project Management- Civil works/Engineering Department**
•Preparations and issuance of purchase request for tower supply, fabrication, galvanization and delivery as per project requirements.
•Preparations and issuance of purchase request for SAQ permitting works.
•Verifies and check variation claims of the CW contractor based on the design versus actual quantity installed.
•Provides NTP to the Site Acquisition team & Civil works implementation team upon confirmation of the site’s workability.
•Prepares RFP (Request for Payment) of contractor’s billing.
