With 30 years’ experience in the formwork & scaffolding industry - management, safety, estimating, negotiating, customer care, sales and hire of various materials.
Face to face contact with the clients, has been an essential part of the job. I can work and have worked as a team member or individually.
Contract experience on a multitude of sites from, power stations, new build, office blocks to house construction, small and large plus refurbishments of existing buildings.
Experienced in estimating including bill of quantities, tenders and reading of drawings.
Quantity surveying and invoicing.
Meeting deadlines.
I have dealt with clients from major multi - national construction companies to the small builder surveyors, architects and consultants.
Emphasis has been on identifying and developing relationships at a senior level with key customers & clients and bodies of influence within the construction industry.

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate branch office business strategy and corresponding operating procedures to all levels within the branch.
The ability to present a professional image and to encourage subordinates to do the same.
