Director of PMO (April 2015 till present)
I am responsible to establish a project management office to lead and direct all project as a central point of contact for projects. My main tasks are to deliver all projects with the triple constrains as a model. My role also includes coordinate between all department finance, Sales, procurement, high management and the PMO to make sure we all work as one team and become effective. I am in charge of a centralized unit that will provide methodologies and procedures and best practice for delivering projects. I am also the first point of contact to the client to make sure they are happy by providing solution for their needs after the project has been kicked off.
Projects:
ELM Data center 2015 was PM
Supply installation of 160KW UPS with associated PDU’s, Generator 300KVA, Transformer, switch gear panels LDB, ATS, CDB, MDB, raised floor, and cables and cable tray accessories.
Najran University Data center was PM
Supply and installation of Tier III data center with design and facility certification. Testing and commissioning of existing two generators. Supply of 2X 250 KVA UPS’s. Inrow cooling X10 for 40 rack HACS with fire suppression.
Simah TIER IV Data Center was PM and supervised PM
Supply and installation of Tier IV design and facility certified data center. 30 Rack hot aisle containment solution, system redundancy 2N for both power and cooling systems with dynamic diesel rotary UPS as main source of power for the DC.
Taif University Data center PM and managed PM
Both Boys and Girls campus installed and implemented Tier III data center design and facility certification Modular UPS (boys), HACS solution in row cooling DX with associated Electrical panels and cables. A part of the solution includes DCIM software configuration as well as environmental control system, and some minor civil works. We installed fire suppression system, CCTV& Access control as well as replaced perforated tiles with standard tiles.

-Project Manager for Hajj preparation project 1432 and1433 where we plan and execute STC Hajj and Ramadan preparation similarly their plans respectively 2011 and 2012, NO PM for Tower starlight project, STC theft prevention solution project duties include manage STC vendor to implement and manage theft prevention solution for network sites Aug 2012 to Nov 2013. Project team member of RFP committee preparing the RFP for upcoming 2014 bid for electro mechanicals managed service contract for network sites. Managed closing out of SPG COW Rehabilitation project 2014. Manage STC Modernization for STC COWs Nationwide.
-Data Base controller of WFMS system (Work force Management System) for NSN and ALU account for PMR. Duties include but not limited to do their monthly POD for PMR and make processes for PMR in the WFMS

• Look after the network maintenance of Nokia BTS/Transmission in Makkah.
• On call site maintenance duties include bring sites up if site down due to hardware problem or link bouncing.
• Preventative maintenance of the sites during the month to ensure the Rx level, Tx level of calls, call quality, intra and inter handovers by drive test using TEMS pocket and laptop software.
(Worked with Nokia as a BSS field engineer for, Ultra site, Metro site BTS in Makkah and Taif western region, Saudi Arabia)
BSS Integration engineer: (Nov.'98 to Aug.'00)
Lucent Technologies International Inc., Saudi Arabia branch.
Worked with Lucent Technologies International Inc, as a GSM Integration Engineer for the 500k/ TEP-6 /R&G Project, Eid & Hajj Completion Projects.
Responsibilities: Testing the ABIS link using by ELMI PCM analyzer.
Trouble BTS software and hardware problems by connecting the BCF to the test BTS.
Perform PAT, Perform RT expansion.
Perform re-homing and rebalancing from BCE to BCF and BCF to BCF.
Acceptance test for BTS 2000 and DCS 1800 through TEMS for call test, Inter handover test, and quality test of calls in Rx/Tx power level.
Antenna feeder cable sweep test with Site Master
Arrange the team for site work
Supervising all indoor installation and inspecting the quality work
Team leader during Hajj season; responsible for MW and BTS techs
