• Acts as the representative for clients of the company, advise property owners on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• Generate lists of properties for lease/sale, their locations and descriptions and available financing options
• Assist and help clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties
• Time travelling to meet with clients, view and taking photos of new properties for lease and sale
• Negotiates between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
• Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
• Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
• Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Determine all applicable rations and metrics and set up debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
• Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
• Maintain and update account records
• Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
• Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
• Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
- Manage the complete day-to-day functions of Branch -.Operations with focus on providing maximum customer satisfaction while achieving operational and sales objectives
- Develop effective interpersonal relationships between employees and departments
- Promote employee communication and teamwork
- Develop internal and external reports relevant to corporate goals
- Develop programs promoting organizational efficiency
- Arrange regular meetings with staff to motivate and review performances and encourage new ideas for improvement
- Provide constructive feedback to Area Manager on success and feasibility of new and new programs, other initiatives and specific needs
- Responsible for achieving agreed upon desired levels of the branch
- Conduct performance reviews
- Ensure superior service delivery to all customers
- Analyze and solve customer issues by conducting "root cause analysis"
- Perform Quality control checks
- Lead develop and motivate each team member plus improve cash handling procedures
- Adhere to the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and AML(Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines
- Buying and selling foreign currencies from walk-in customers on a regular basis and from other Exchange Houses on.
- Financial Institutions whenever the situation demands.
- Monitor daily ongoing market currency rate and decide the buying and selling rate for each currency to attract new customers/retain existing customers ensuring maximum profitability for the company safeguarding customer service intact.
- Provide fast, excellent and error free remittance services to customers from the published timing of the branch in a very professional way.
- Deal with all customer complaints and find suitable solutions or inform and follow-up such complaints with Customer Care Cell in Head Office.
