Duties and Responsibilities:
• Taking the lead on all Quality Issues (NCRs, CARs, SORs) internally and externally and executing a systematic approach to resolve and ensure to prevent the re-occurrence.
• Monitoring all the works of the Quality Team assigned to each member.
• Establish, review, and update the Method of Statement, Inspection Test Plan, and Project Quality Management Plan before the commencement of the project and implement it during the project to meet the project quality requirements and the client’s expectations.
• Monitoring of site activities such as drainage works (Foul Sewer, Surface Water Drainage, TSE), electrical lines, potable water lines, micro tunneling, asphalt works, road works, and all related civil works to ensure that it follows the standards and specifications.
• Responsible for assessment and analysis of test reports prior to submittal to the client.
• In charge of the handing over and preparation for closing out reports to all the snags from the consultant and the end-user.
• Monitoring the submission of Inspection Requests (RFI) and taking immediate action if any issues or comments from the client according to the work done at the site.
• Verify and check delivered materials on-site to make sure that it complies with Qatar Construction Specification (QCS) and Project Specification prior to submission for approval.
• Conduct Quality Training before the work execution to Engineers and all involved in the activities.
• Review the shop drawings prior to submission to the client for approval when required.
• Processing and evaluating Monthly KPI for Quality.
• Monitoring the completed works until the given maintenance period of 400 days.
• Immediate action and resolution if any issue arises in all the assets during the maintenance period.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• QA/QC under the Procurement Department.
• Reviewing, updating, and modifying the Quality Procedure for Procurement.
• Review and evaluate the Suppliers and Subcontractors prior to pre-qualifications as per Quality Procedure evaluation.
• Preparation of the centralized database for prequalified Suppliers/Subcontractors that will be a guide and a reliable source for purchasing of either goods or services.
• Coordination with Procurement Engineers on Technical and Quality perspectives of Materials being purchased.
• Comparison of suppliers/subcontractors in terms of Technical, Economical, and Financial Stability investigation if it can sustain the demands of the company.
• Rating of each supplier’s performance.
• Internal auditing.
• Coordinate and take necessary action on Quality Management issues concerning the Department.


Achievements:
• Achieved the most numbers of reviewed and approved reliable manufacturers and suppliers in the database for easy transactions of the Procurement Team.
• Assisted in the improvement of the efficient procurement process.

Project:
A multi-million design and build project undertaken by QDVC(Qatari Diar Vinci Construction) consists of 4 underground car parks which have a capacity of 550 cars each (250m long, 45m wide, and 13m high). The project also includes the construction of 3 electrical sub-stations for Kahramaa (Qatar's electric utility) and a telephone exchange for Qatar Telecom. An extension contract of underground utilities that will welcome the electricity and telephone cables as well as the water pipes with a dimension of 12m width and 3m high. These Projects also include landscapes with access roads parallel on both sides of each Car park that will be connected to the main roads of Lusail. The car parks will provide direct access to future urban light-rail stations connecting different structures in Lusail. It is one of the first engineering structures for the new city of Lusail, located approximately 15 kilometers northwest of downtown Doha.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Witnessing and sentencing all site inspections within their disciplines.
• Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are updated and approved.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance, and control of the quality system.
• Liaise with the site construction engineers and help when requested.
• Prepare non-conformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.
• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customer's contract specializations.
• Compliance with the site’s health and safety regulations.

• Reviewing the Construction Drawing Plans for RFI and Change Orders preparation.
• Volume quantification of rebar, concrete and formworks.
• Rehash for rebar, concrete and formworks.
• Preparation for Rebar Cutting List to be submitted to Structural designer for approval.
• Reconciliation to the Quantity Surveyor regarding the computed quantities of concrete and rebar.
• Ensure that the installed rebar are based on the approved cutting list.
• Make a necessary coordination and action to sub-contractor if there is a conflict on plans.
• Responsible for the safety of the workers.
• Scheduling of cement delivery and concrete pouring.

• Responsible for the construction of the container yard from the base preparation, application of prime coat up to the laying of asphalt pavement.
• Survey if the base coarse are in the accurate elevation as well as the finish elevation of the asphalt pavement laid.
• Ensure that the soil passed the required percentage for the Field Density Test as per specifications.
• Reviewing the monthly billing of the Sub-contractor if it varies on the accomplishments to date.
• Monitoring the monthly progress report.
• Responsible for the scheduling of the conduction of testing from sampling to coring test of the asphalt pavement.
