Job Description: ➢ To supervise or perform general messenger work, such as receiving, delivering, and collecting incoming and outgoing mail, account related works i.e cheques/cash collections, deposits and other bank documents and ensure the delivery on time.
➢ Takes direct instruction from the Managing Director's for their daily requirements be it personal or office work and ensure that the task are done on time.
➢ Assist office daily works such as photocopying, faxing, binding, lamination works and filing.
➢ Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, vehicle condition reports, registration details and other records relating to vehicles
➢ Coordinates with tenants regarding apartment maintenance issues, vacating and checking the apartment to ensure that they have handed over the apartment in same condition when they have taken.
➢ Responsible for driving Directors whenever needed.
➢ Very well familiarized on all the roads, and places all over UAE.
