• Monitoring deliveries of items ordered by client to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction and possibility of repeat orders.
• Responsible in preparation of sales order, invoices, goods received and delivery note using the Xpertease and QuickBooks software.
• Checks all incoming and outgoing items.
• Provides monitoring, data manipulation and computer operation for all the company products and services.
• Change DVD specifications of units / items according to their regional codes of the products like Sony, JVC, Samsung, Panasonic etc.
• Booking/rebooking of all outgoing units/items of customer’s orders.
• Processing of documents for import and export shipments.
• Coordinating with the shipping lines regarding shipments and process Bill of Lading to get the orders from suppliers.
• Answering quotation requests from the customers thru e-mails.
• Booking containers to the shipping lines.
• Get the arrival notice to immediate attending supervisor to process the incoming shipments and to communicate with the shipping lines to whom the items need to be collected.
