Business Process Management (BPM) and Operations Excellence (OE):

• Developed and Established operational excellence (OE) framework using BPM maturity model and performed assessments on current state to define clear future state roadmap and actions to higher maturity state, including capabilities, culture, & systems.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM):

• Developed and operationalized the enterprise risk management (ERM) function in alignment with Qatar’s State Audit guidance on risk management, ISO 31000 ERM standard and COSO ERM framework.
• Managed all risk management activities and conducted risk workshops and training sessions with business units, project teams, and other key stakeholders to identify risks (based on internally developed risk universe), risk assessment, prioritization, risk response and action plans and key responsibilities (RASCI matrix), and continuous coordination and monitoring.
