• Modify the HSE Safety Program to project specifications including drafting/amending site specific safety plan.
• Organize oversight processes, which ensure the integrity of the safety inspection, training and reporting procedures.

• Conduct safety inspections and investigate violations to ensure safety procedures are being followed and counsel managers and employees accordingly.
• Maintain worker training schedules and complete all required regulatory documentation.
• Review Contractors safety records, documents to ensure major construction equipment is maintained regularly.
• Initiate meeting with Contractors HSE Managers to ensure that HSE policy is implemented.
• Participate in weekly meetings and monthly client meetings. Prepare a monthly safety report for the project.

· Ensures the efficiency and productivity targets are met and initiate continuous improvements on product quality, yields and technologies.
· Providing and establish operating policies and standard procedures.
