• Scheduling, monitoring of Production and execution of Project by ensuring quality, legal aspect, cost effectiveness and timely completion of the project.
• Prepares schedule of work with the use of planning computer software (Primavera 6.0)
• Coordinates with Site Engineers to monitor progress on site actual condition versus the projected schedule.
• Preparation of reports, such as the Monthly Progress and Project Director's Report.
• Prepare and submit claims for payment and responsible for payment collection
• Interface with clients, project team and sub-contractors to ensure project and site progress.
• Monitor project progress and advice action to meet the schedule if delayed.
• Estimates structural and architectural plans and prepares Bill of Quantities.
• Process evaluation of quantities for additional works or variation orders at site.
• Inspects construction works performed on a continual basis for compliance with current drawings and specifications.
