o Capacity and feasibility calculations
o Technological sales support
o Project management
o Design management
o Installation and site management
Project was executed well under set budget and whole mill was started in record time.
• Development of new Green Veneer Mill -consept, where all connected production lines are balanced to produce high valued, high quality veneer with maximum efficiency.
• Concept development for low cost emerging market peeling station. Machine structure, electric movements and localization options
• In charge of developing new log conveyor product family. Variative construction cuts down costs and offers more robust end product to customer. Very good feedback from customers
• Developing and execution of global veneer stacking concept in order to combine the good features of European and North American veneer stacker models. Taking the advance of latest manufacturing technologies and increase the energy efficiency. Substantial cost savings with shorter lead time. Concept implemented globally with very good feedback from customers.
• Concept development for new electrical XY-block charger. Cost saving structures and calculations of electric movements.
• Techical sales support, determing customer specific demands, technical argumentation
• Customer training, project fine tuning and production support
I've got my master's degree in may 2003. My thesis was about development opportunities in product management. Thesis is a description of the work I´ve been doing for the past two years. In university I studied industrial management as major. I also studied mechanical engineering and economics.
