Lifting Operation.
- Third Party Inspection/Certification of Construction Equipment (i.e., Excavator,
Forklift, Lorry Loader, Dozer, etc., )
- Proof Load Testing and Thorough Visual Inspection of Onshore and Offshore
Containers, Lifting gears, Forklift, Lorry Loader etc.
- Preparing of Third Party Certificates after Inspection.

Position: Maintenance Engineer - Electrical (Worksite Supervisor level 1)
Duties: - Troubleshooting of Elevators, Roller Shutter doors, Boom gates and EOT cranes.
- Maintenance of roller shutter doors, Boom gates, EOT Cranes and all Lifting
Equipment within QP Dukhan fields.
- Doing document reports, meeting with client and Opening of work permits.
- Handling and supervising technicians and helpers
- Testing and Commissioning of lifting equipment (EOT cranes, Elevator, etc.) including load testing with third party inspector for certification.
- Complies with constitutional and company policies, standards, and procedures in respect of health, quality, safety and environment.

Project: RasGas Company Limited - RasLaffan Industrial City (PTW signatory)
Duties: - Maintenance of Alimak Elevators (Rack and Pinion type)
- Hands-on troubleshooting of the elevators
- Testing of elevators for third party certification.
- Doing document reports and attend meetings with the client.


Project: Qatar Chemicals Company Limited - Mesaieed Industrial City (Lead Worker)
Duties: - Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance of Maspero Elevators.
- Doing preventive and corrective maintenance of elevators as per the company’s safety procedure.
Conducts Testing and Commissioning with the Third Party.

Testing and Commissioning of Elevator (Start-up, high-speed and load-test)
- Testing and Commissioning of Escalator (Start-up, High-speed)
- Troubleshooting of Elevators and Escalators/ Home Elevators
- Installation and activation of MelEye (Mitsubishi Elevator Monitoring) in different operating systems with two (2) or more PC client
- Interpreting schematic diagrams and Electrical Wiring Diagram (EWD)
- Installation and activation of MELD(Mitsubishi Emergency Landing Device)
- Download and upload programs to Elevator using elevator software
- Interfacing CCTV and FDAS to the Elevator
- Grouping 2 or more elevators using fiber optics or LAN cable
- Attends on-call emergency troubleshooting

- Operation and maintenance of Cell sites and Metro sites
- Able to use Nokia BTS Manager Software for site expansion
- Able to use OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer)/Site Master
- Assist Engineers during field works
- BTS (Base Transceiver Station) troubleshooting
