As a member of international student organisation AIESEC, I worked on many projects. During this year I usually worked as a event manager, planing and organizing numerous events such as conferences, seminars, fairs etc. often managing logistics.
This was my internship while I was at college. This company work as a mediator between transportation companies that have trucks all over the Europe and those who need the empty truck to transfer the goods. So, my job was to link those two parties and charge the commission.
As a HR manager I was responsible for finding, selecting, hiring and training new sales agents. When I enrolled into college, i quit the job because I wanted to dedicate myself to studying.
Before I went to college, I started working as a salesman in Top Style company in Cacak. I was responsible for delivering targeted number of sales of household appliances. After only two months, I was the best salesman in the company, so I was promoted to HR manager, so I could transfer my knowledge and my techniques to new coworkers.
Did the research and the master thesis on Customer Relationship Management in Serbian Banks, on how to properly implement one and integrate it with the Corporate Culture; what are the traps and mistakes in CRM implementation and how to design the CRM software to be more effective and user friendly.
In my country, the highest mark is 10. I had about 50 exams, and my average mark (or score) was 9.13. Mode and median are both 10. I was one of the best students in college. My management view was incorporated in one of the college books. I was offered a position of assistant of a management professor, but I turned it down because I wonted something else out of my career. During college, I finished internship in Azius company in Cacak, as well as Business Etiquette seminar and International Negotiation seminar.
