I was offered a position of assistant of a management professor, but I turned it down because I wonted something else out of my career.     Did a research study in more than 10 Serbian banks about customer satisfaction and their needs, about CRM implementation and the mistakes that were made. I recognize 12 major problems in banks that needed solution in order to improve customer relations and retention rates. All of them were addressed and solved in my master thesis.
