As a molecular biologist with 14 years of experience in genetics and biobanking laboratories, I have extensive skills in laboratory quality management, process implementation and validation, LIMS systems development and integration, safety managements and regulatory accreditation compliance. I have supervised laboratory teams and overseen daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow, and I have implemented and maintained rigorous accreditation standards such as CAP and ISO certifications.
In addition to my technical laboratory skills, I bring expertise in the precision medicine transition from research to clinical care. I have experience in establishing laboratories from scratch, and I have been responsible for designing and implementing laboratory processes along with designing LIMS requirements and procedures that comply with regulatory standards.

Introducing and developing method for DNA Isolation, quantification and
detection using UV spectrophotometer or fluorometer
DNA quality check by horizontal electrophoresis or real time PCR analysis
Implementing real time PCR methods for specific genetic modifications of
plants targeting genetic specific, construct specific and event specific
borders in transgenic genome
Statistical evaluation of qualitative and quantitative test results
Developing methods for food allergen detection and quantification:
Allergen protein extraction
Sandwich and competitive ELISA
Developing methods of detection of staphylococcal enterotoxins in dairy products:
Enterotoxin extraction

Developing methods for Norovirus detection in soft fruits and monitoring
