and improvements projects.
• Designing and implementing transformation and business excellence programmes.

Strategy: Developing and Implementing Strategies on ongoing basis. Conducting need
and gap-analyses, supporting Chief Patient Services and CMO with development and
implementation of organizational strategy. Strategic Transformation: 1. Developing
and implementing a framework for Continuous Quality Improvement in Sidra. 2. Lead
implementing Managerial Transformation of Units across the organisation 3.
Sustainability Program Lead; Program to reduce inefficiencies, Complete clinical service
assessment of all Sidra services. Improvement Projects; Design and implement
strategic programs and improvement projects (e.g. reduction of Patient waiting list,
Patient flow project, Business Planning and Monitoring and more).

’projects. • Responsible for designing entire data collection process including; operational
aspects, the method of data collection, and budgets for entire project.• Lead teams
