Serves as the front line staff for the recreation center by interacting and fielding queries from the patrons.
Answers the telephone and acts as customer relations liaison
Receives and receipts a variety of payments and other cash-related transactions; verifies and posts transactions to the appropriate accounts; issues receipts.
Prepares daily cash reports and balances the cash drawer; reconciles cash, check and credit card receipts daily. Resolves out-of balance problems.
Assists members in the accurate application of their transactions, and when necessary,
researches records on computer and other available files to provide information
regarding membership status.
Maintains a safe, clean and tidy work environment.
Maintains confidentiality regarding recreation Center records.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Executive
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages in the dining room or other
locations within the building and externally as and when required, clearing and
washing up afterwards. Clean and tidy dining room ready for food service.
Assist with the preparation of food and setting up of the service counter, serve
food according to the type of service used, and clean area afterwards.
Set up dining room furniture according to daily requirements and lay cloths and
service equipment.
Wash crockery, cutlery, cooking and serving utensils and kitchen equipment.
Assist with cleaning of kitchen floors, walls and surfaces.
Set up refreshments service requirements for following day, reporting to
Catering Manager any beverage stock requirements.
Provide assistance with special function catering and any other catering
services undertaken by the kitchen.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Answer the quires and inquires regarding product sales and others of customers professionally.
Research for obtaining all the relevant data firstly for the required information by using accessible resources.
Provide the organization’s service and product information to the customers and process the forms, orders and applications.
Handle the complicated customer calls calmly when required.
Route the inbound calls to the appropriate resources properly.
Scope of Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and coordinates recruitment activities; meets with individuals, departments and committees to define position, selection criteria, timelines, etc.
Gives group presentations regarding recruitment guidelines and committee responsibilities related to selection procedures, development of interview questions/skills tests and writing exercises, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
Reviews recruitment paperwork for completeness and accuracy such as job announcements, interview questions, record sheets, etc. in coordination with the District Compliance Officer.
Responds to applicants’ inquiries both orally and in writing.
Reviews employment files to verify minimum qualifications for position are met.
Reviews interview questions; offers suggestions to clarify ambiguous inquiries.
Compiles, monitors and tracks all recruitment statistics.
Identifies initial salary placement for classified and management employees and makes job offers.
Handles accounts receivables and accounts payables of the business
Responsible in preparing the documents such as packing list and invoices
Preparing payrolls every end of the month
Prepare the daily, monthly expenses report to determine how much is the cash out
Prepare inventory report every end of the month
Handle and coordinate on the deliveries of the supplies
Perform other duties that may be assigned
