Review electrical plan drawing ensure that carried out to the specification and latest drawing, provide all necessary information and distribute to site supervisor, monitor that the work progress in accordance with required program method statement of electrical construction work, coordination safety engineer to ensure carried out in a safe working practice, daily tool box talk, update permit to work prior to site activity such as: Earthing system, cable tray, cable laying control for instrument, lighting & power cable DB, MCC panel and Switch gear panel, gland & termination. megger test, Bus duct, power cable, SAT, and commissioning and Loto system. EICS, fire alarm system.
Prepare and review construction documents and schedules, conducts and control site resources, manpower and their activities, prepare and submit daily progress reports. To lead of all aspects of construction activities that carried out at the project site. Prepare electrical design for power cable layout, earthling Layout, load calculation of MCC to LCP, Motors for cable sizing, breaker capacity and takeoff materials. Responsible of all activities for installation of panels, underground cable laying and cable gland termination of MCC, LCP and Motors and ensure that work is as per the Project Specification and issued for construction drawing and final approved drawing from Authorities.
To monitored the drainage pipe installation prior to pouring concrete slab & wall and prepared inspection for survey invert level before prior to concrete the slab & wall.
•To prepared box out for the slab opening of cable tray, pipe sleeves & ducting for access through slab & wall.
•To prepared the earth mesh for grounding system with earth resistance test.
•Coordinate the QC inspector for ITR inspection of drainage pipe installation & survey of invert level prior to concrete the slab
Responsibilities of Building Arrangement works:
•Monitored the weekly priority schedule and site coordination of the subcontractors.
•To checked the wall opening during block works installation as per plan detail and elevation of the cable tray, ducting & pipes.
•To prepared conduit installation prior to under screed and installed the conduit prior plastering on wall for switches, telephone & socket outlet.
•To prepared the earth mesh cable prior under screed slab and raised ITR inspection prior to concrete screed.
•Monitor the MEPF installation on above soffit due to conflict the ceiling elevation.
Responsibilities of Subcontractors :
•Direct to report to my Superior for daily activities of the subcontractors and daily manpower report.
•Prepared weekly schedule for the subcontractors and progress monitoring report.
•Conduct daily tool box meeting of the workers for safety information.
•Pushed the subcontractors to allocate manpower based on priority scheduled which affected the civil works for concrete schedule.
•Monitored the delivery materials schedule and checked the approved shop drawing used of workers at site.
•Supervised the installation of conduit, trunking, cable tray for lighting system, fire alarm and communication system
•Containment installation for AHU motorize smoke damper, modulating damper, temperature sensor, roller filter & gate valve.
•Site inspection with QC inspector for electrical installation.
•Site inspection with QC inspector for survey of invert level of drainage installation.
•Supervised the installation of primary cabinet MCC, SMDB Normal & Emergency and DB panels.
•Supervised the electrical wiring and cable pulling.
•Cable insulation resistance test prior to termination of low & high voltage cable.
•Torque the final termination of incoming & outgoing cable from primary cabinet to DB panel.
•Installation of equipment earth bonding from cable tray to grounding system.
•Termination of outgoing DB panels, installation of lighting fixture, socket outlet and switches.
•Installation of lightning protection and raise inspection with QC inspector for earth resistance test.
•Testing & Pre-commissioning, Commissioning of all electrical panels from MCC to SMDB, DB to water Pump Motors, lighting system & small power prior to QC inspection with consultant.
•Site inspection with QC inspector for as-built the electrical & ECS installation in the site.
Directly reporting to maintenance supervisor.
•Perform inspection during plant operation.
•Monitoring and maintenance electrical equipment facilities such motor control, lighting system.
•Sometimes, control cab plant operator.
Prepared electrical plans designed for power cable layout, earthling Layout, load calculation from MCC to LCP, Motors and takeoff materials, Responsible for all activities for installation of panels, underground cable laying and cable gland termination to MCC, LCP and Motors and ensure that work is as per the Project Specification and issued for construction drawing and final approved drawing from Authorities.
• Generally responsible for implementing and monitoring of all electrical related work a site to control Electrical Isolation for luck out / tag out system when they carrying the maintenance works.
• Prepared documents ITR with QA/QC Electrical prior to final inspection for megger insulation test, earth resistance and pre-commissioning.
• Holding a valid Permit Applicant Card (KOC ID- 216724)
• Having through knowledge on KOC Permit to Work System &
Report to the MEPF superintendent for daily responsibilities to be given.
•Electrical specialty contractors to evaluate logistical support in terms of manpower, materials, tools and equipment required to meet EEI target schedule.
•Monitored the work progress of electrical specialty contractor and push for recovery schedule incase of work slippage.
•Make estimate & material take off regarding project schedule / commitments of work activities.
•Inspection & supervision of all the electrical works installation.
•Inspection of quantizes of items installed by subcontractors based on plans & specification of electrical works.
•Assist maintenance group in terms of additional supervision for all project electrical system requirements and trouble shooting.
•Supervision and installation of bus duct and power cable.
•Supervision of substation from high voltage to low voltage switchgear.
Report to Korean electrical engineer for all daily responsibilities to be given on site instruction.
•Supervision / monitor the manpower works to be assigned task.
•Planning & organizing the area of responsibilities.
•Handle a group of subcontractor in electrical works.
•Monitor manpower distribution & accomplishment.
•Monitor of daily activities such as:
•Installation of portable temporary lightings in dry duck area.
•Cabling of power cable from generator to panel board.
•Fabrication of support for lighting pole.
•Grounding system installation.
