related disciplines to make sure that the project meets the necessary standards.
* Prepare amendments and revision drawings according to the requirements as per design and
site requirements.
* Prepare fit-out plans (Wardrobe, Doors, Tiling/Marbles, Drywall & Wall Cladding),
elevations, sections, details and as built drawings as per site condition.
* Provides working drawings and plans for submission and approval including schedule of
finishes as per designer specifications.
* Coordinate with all related disciplines as a team to discuss the technicalities of the project with
regards to the design and construction requirements.
Translate design sketches and concepts into a complete detailed shop drawings.
* Prepare and read, amended drawings, section details, as-built drawings as per site
condition.
* Perform site visits and investigation prior to the commencement of drawings as per site
condition and client’s requirements.

Review plans, carry and prepare project specifications and technical drawings for the
interior fit-out of the project.
* Clarify irrelevant issues and inconsistencies on technical specifications and drawings in
consideration to other discipline requirements and standards.
* Handle all enquiries and details on technical fit-out drawings.
* Submission of all shop drawings for consultant’s approval
