Doing welding on fabrication shop such as carbon steel and stainless steel. Work in plant gas especially during shutdown and live plant. Can weld in plant with a short and limited time only because of some risk during the plant operation. Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers.
TIG WELDER
Assigned in different projects in Qatar Petroleum for doing welding a small bore into big bore. During welding always prepare for some problem that encountered inside the plant. Welding stainless steel from process line to injection coil.
TIG
A responsible welding for any kind of steel. Weld a different position inside the plant during operation. Help the fitter to fixed the pipe materials for fit-up before doing full weld. Use manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal pieces using processes such as gas tungsten arc (TIG or GTAW), shielded metal arc (SMAW). Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
Doing welding that are ready to full weld as well as for plant used. Responsible for welding all joint that required 100% X-ray.
Operate previously set up welding machines, such as spot, butt and seam resistance or gas and arc welding machines, to fabricate or repair metal parts. Assist with the maintenance and repair of welding, brazing and soldering equipment.
any kind of weld that are required for the construction as well as follow the drawing that given with the foreman. Working in field for the finished of all kind of welding.
