Projects:
• Ashghal Project, Industrial Area - Upgrade of Sewer Main Pump Station (PSIA2) and construction of new Bypass Pump Station and new rising main 11.7 km of DN800 size with a station capacity of 720 l/s.
• Ashghal Project, Sheehaniya Area - Strategic Trunk Sewer Infrastructure project - Package 3 construction of Terminal Pump Station (TPS) and three (3) Sewer Rising Mains DN600 size with a station capacity of 1200 l/s.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Led and supported mechanical supervision team undertaking on inspection of material deliveries, site installation and commissioning activities, raising site observations and/or NCR’s against design intent, daily monitoring and tracking of progress.
• Review inspector's daily reports and prepare daily diary, general oversight of inspector's daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, guidance on the supervision of the contractor's operations
and ensuring all works are within HSE and Quality procedures.
• Carried-out technical submittal review on shop drawings and materials, installation methodologies and ITP, commissioning plans and procedures, as-built drawings, spare parts and O&M manual.
• Provided design review on HVAC design reports and calculations, assessment on Surge Analysis reports, CFD reports, Pumps, P&ID, Control Philosophies and verifying BIM-based drawings to ensure facility elements are properly in place.
• Assisted SRE on contractual obligations and correspondences, maintaining close coordination and arranging technical meeting with client’s Operation & Maintenance and Design Department regarding technical issues and/or queries on design, material and control/monitoring, and maintenance requirements against specifications, CD and IFC drawings, and keeping on record MOM on confirmations and variations
• Responds to RFI’s raised by contractor and amend for any changes required in coordination with the client.
• Attends to progress meetings and arranged technical meetings to discuss issues of concern and resolutions.
• Monitoring of contractor’s progress and procurement on long lead items against planned schedules.
• Keeping always in-check contractor’s safety and quality of site works.
• Managed execution, SAT and Commissioning of equipments and system interface readiness and to arrange invitations dry and wet inspections for client inspection and acceptance.
• Provided support on the review, preparation, organized meetings and constant liaise with client for clear handover documentation requirements of completed assets.
• Reporting and performs other duties as required by the Line Manager.

• Ashghal Project - Construction of Pedestrian Bridges
• Ashghal Project - Construction and Beautification of Corniche - Al Bidda, Al Corinche and
Al Dafna Plazas with underground tunnel pedestrian including Storm water and Foul Sewer Pump Stations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provided review of technical submittals on shop drawings and material, calculations, commissioning plans and procedures, methods statements and ITP.
• Supported in inspection works for material deliveries and installation, SAT, proactive site surveillance, tracking of progress.
• Provided technical support to resolve site issues and further progress contractor’s activities on time.
• Attended in technical meetings and liaised with stakeholders for design and material concerns and immediate resolution.
• Performs other task as required by Line Manager.

• Construction of Hamad Port Terminal 2 (Fast Track Project)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Undertaken inspection works on installation and material deliveries, equipment SAT, witnessing and approval of mechanical commissioning activities and system interfaces.
• Provided support on the review of shop drawings, material submittals, calculations, design review on HVAC cooling and ventilation reports, validation on equipment selections and GA drawings, MST and ITP, Commissioning Procedures, Operation and Maintenance manual, Spare Parts and As-built drawings.
• Pro-active daily site observations on site installations ensuring quality and rectification of non-conformances.
• Carried-out daily monitoring and tracking of contractor’s installation and commissioning progress.
• Interface and regularly meet with client, contractor and vendor representatives to ensure progress is in accordance to the schedule and required lists of handover deliverables is updated and closed on time.
• Attended to meetings for resolution of lists of concerns such as changes, material delivery status, and commissioning and AHJ/Civil Defense inspection requirements.

• Construction of two (2) Data Centers (Tier II and Tier III designs) primarily for use in Hamad Port Terminals 1 and 2.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provided review on material submittals, T&C documents, and verification of design drawings and calculations on mission critical systems - HVAC cooling load, ventilation, Fuel systems, including Plumbing and Fire Fighting to ensure conformance with project requirements and on the basis of TIA-942 and Uptime Institute requirements.
• Have led commissioning activities and third-party tests ensuring planned schedule is achieved on time covering all mechanical systems while maintaining close coordination with design and construction team.
• Conducted regular site observations to ensure installation’s adherence to project requirements.
● Assisted in the inspection of welding works and NDT inspections on CHW Plant piping and fuel piping of 2 land fuel facilities.
• Carried out snagging and de-snagging works.
• Supported in the AHJ or Civil Defense documentation requirements and inspections.
• Arranged meetings to resolve list of concerns regarding commissioning and associated documents in order to meet planned activities.
• Maintains logs and progress reports of installations and commissioning works.
• Assisted in the preparation and submittal of handover documents to the client.
• Supported in the Uptime Institute inspections for the Tier II and Tier III system’s design and operational capability which was successfully certified.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervised inspection team, giving directions and providing support ensuring contractor’s site activities are well covered and are within the design intent and methodologies, HSE and quality procedures.
• Responsible for administration of construction contract works, and assist the RE/Senior RE with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals, RFI's, supporting in claims and changes in schedule.
• Review inspector's daily reports and preparation of engineer's daily diary, and general oversight of inspector's daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractor's operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managed and supported mechanical team in the construction and commissioning of Infrastructure works (Sea water, Fresh water and Sewage) including Building services are in conformance with the design intent. Provided direction and delegated assignments according to programmed activities and within Budget.
• Close coordination with key stakeholders for site conditions, methodologies, engineering and authority requirements.
• Added to my scope, the role of workshop manager to oversee and control equipment preventive maintenance works and provide site requirements according to project needs.
• Maintains update on the procurement of long-lead equipments and site progress according to planned schedules in coordination with the planning team.
• Coordinate on time installation activities with procurement to expedite purchasing and delivery of approved materials on site.
• Arranged and follow-up of shop drawing and material submissions, including commissioning plans, procedures, spare parts, and associated documents to consultants and immediately after receipt provide the necessary actions to acquire closure of deliverables.
• Reviews vendors quality plan, safety and risk assessments, and ensure vendor’s equipment compatibility is in compliance to project requirements.
