• Installation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment in Al Zour WDC II Pumping Station Project.
• Installation of Rotating Equipment such as double suction volute pumps (PENTAIR NIJHUIS) 1650L/sec at 120 mtr Head, centrifugal pumps, sump pumps.
• Installation of over head bridge cranes, (KONE) 4 - 20 ton type capacity, having 13 - 35 meters span.
• Installation, Erection & NDT of Stainless Steel and Steel Tanks (4m diameter) and Pressurized Surge vessels (55 tons)
• Installation, Testing and Maintenance of automated chlorination equipment and caustic soda dosing system for water treatment in pumping station.
• Fabrication, Installation and Testing of various materials of pipes such as: Carbon Steel Pipes, Ductile iron pipes, Stainless steel Pipes, and UPVC. 100% Radiography of all welded joints followed by 100% Hydro testing as per design pressure and prepare Piping Test Packages.
• Installation of FBE(Fusion Bonded Epoxy) Coated and 3LPP(three layer polypropylene)Coated pipes, Miter Fittings, 12”~88” Diameter size Pipes, PN-16 ~ PN-25 pressure ratings for in-plant and yard piping.
• Installation of FBE coated spool pipes, MOV’s, expansion joints, couplings, dismantling joints, Air valves, check valves, Flow control valves, 12”~88” Diameter size PN-16, PN-25.
• Flushing & disinfection of all fabricated process pipes by water or chemical.
• Installation of HVAC equipments, AHU, Chillers, Heat exchangers, Fan coil units, epoxy coated chlorine resistant ducting and Duct computation works.
• Installation of all fire fighting equipment, sprinkler system, hose reel, hydrant, foam deluge system, spray system for fuel oil tank, fire alam system.
• Installation, testing and Maintenance of 7MW x 2 diesel Generator set supplied by Hyundai.
• Performs site coordination for inspection checklist with clients representative MEW engineers.
• Prepares method statements and installation procedures for machinery, rigging plans for erection, Job Risk Assessments for safety,
• Prepares and evaluates CAD shop drawings for pipe supports, pipe shoe,
• Evaluates ISO and P&ID Drawings for construction.
• Evaluates equipment and materials for installation.
• Responsible in the execution and handover of major contracts in fire fighting department.
• Installation and design of fire sprinkler systems, FM200 fire suppression systems, water hydrant systems, foam tank bladder/tank systems, VESDA(Very Early Smoke Detection Aspirator System), fire alarm system(conventional and addressable), fire pumps and necessary controls and instrumentation.
• Installation and design of hydraulic road blocker, gate arm barrier, hydraulic bollards, swing gates, sliding cantilever gates with the necessary controls and instrumentations.
• Maintenance engineer of all client sites under mechanical and fire fighting department. Responsible for the proper working conditions of all machineries, controls (PLC) and instrumentation of client site under maintenance contracts.
• Maintenance sites: KNPC Ahmadi OMCCR, Equate, Ahmed Al jabber Air base, KEMS Sajil, Petrochemicals Industries Company (PIC).
• Equipments Installed and Maintained: Simplex, Morley, Honeywell, Fike, Zeta, Hochiki, Photain, Sigma, Viking, Global, Hygood
• Responsible in supervision of plant production in electroplating department on shifting schedules.
• Presentation of weekly progress reports which include, monitoring of production output/delivery, manpower performance, machine output efficiency, material defects, scrap rates, machine improvement, machine maintenance, periodic and corrective maintenance,
• Responsible for the health and welfare of all employees under my department which include use of PPE’s and proper implementation of work schedules
• Interview applicants and orient newly hired production employees
