• Ensures that all of the equipment is working on its specifications.
• Preliminary QA/QC inspection of coatings
• Calibration of digital electronic instruments to meet operational specifications and tolerance.
• Ensures effective work strategies are applied within construction, commissioning, shutdown and over-all project management.
• To recapture and reuse the water, reducing waste and mitigating environmental impact.
• Ensures that the operation is under safe working environment
• Monitors and record manpower utilization.
PROJECTS HANDLED: • 50 FT X 100 FT DIESEL TANK (CONICAL ROOF)
• 50 FT X 168 FT DIESEL TANK (FLOATING ROOF)

SCOPE: - COMMISSIONING AND TESTING OF PIPELINES, PUMPS AND PNEUMATIC SYSTEM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE TANK RESERVOIR.
- COMMISSIONING AND INSPECTION OF COATING.
- SURFACE PREPARATION (REMOVAL OF THE TANK EXISTING COATING) USING A ROBOT FOR THE REMOVAL OF COATING.
- MAKE SURE THAT SALTS AND CHLORIDES IS IN THE ALLOWABLE LIMIT.
- ENSURES TO GET THE CORRECT PROFILE OF THE TANK SURFACE
