 Monitoring and coordinating with teams and meeting with contractors to ensure all electrical pending works to be done.
 Managing and venue planning match day (FIFA World Cup Qatar-2022) operations to ensure the venue Electrical system is ready for all matches.
 Attending to all breakdown complaints, follow-up with the contractors to all service orders for any requirement of materials, review quotes, process purchase orders & close the service orders on CAFM upon job completion.
 Ensure all the MEP equipment’s are operating efficiently and O&M contractor is performing the PPMs & CM tasks.
 Inspection, conduct & record operation snagging items prior to handover.
 Managing Contractor in their works & ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality, standards and complete in target time, maintain record in CAFM & resolve the breakdown for all equipment’s.
 Troubleshoot and rectify minor problems and identifying the root cause and arrange to rise workorder if jobs must be carried out by the contractors.
 To record any system failure, report to the manager and prepare incident report.
 Any other duties assigned by Managers.

 Maintenance, Installation & Connection of Sensor, Timer, Temperature Controller, Thermocouple, Level Switch, Limit Switch, SSR, Encoder, Phase Failure Relay, SMPS, Length Counter, MCB, MCCB, MPCB, RCB, RCBO, Power Contactor, Auxiliary contactor, Thermostat, Pneumatic Solenoid Valve, Butterfly Valve, Pressure Regulator switch, Induction motor, Dc Shunt Motor, Pump, Submerged Pump, Fire Fighting System, Exhaust Fan, Flood Light, Fluorescent Light, Exit & Emergency Light.
 Installation and Troubleshooting of Star Delta Power & Control circuit wiring, Forward Reverse power & Control circuit wiring.
 Troubleshoot and maintenance of Industrial Compressor, Chiller, Diesel generator, EOT Crane.
 Troubleshooting of production machines include Extruder machine, Vacuum bath, Spray bath, take off Machine, Printing Machine, Saw Machine, Socketing Machine by review engineering specification and electrical drawings.
 Perform preventive maintenance and condition-based maintenance to new and existing electrical system, equipment’s, and machinery to spot potential problems and ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality.
 Observe temperature, pressure and ampere readings for system and equipment and adjust controls to obtain specified operation of equipment’s.
 Work non-scheduled hours to repairs critical equipment and respond maintenance emergencies.
 Ensure the availability of electrical spare parts for all lines and planning their stock levels.
 Maintaining Job Logbook, Records & Managing Breakdown to Avoid Any Production Loss & Daily Ensuring Job Safety Compliance.

 Supervising and good understanding of Electrical Drawing for Cable tray (Ladder, porporated), Cable glanding (single & double compression), Cable laying (3C*2.5, 7C*2.5, 4C*16, 4C*120, 4C*185), Conduit (EMT, PVC, RMC) installation for lighting, dali control, public addressing, small power), Installation of Earthing Cable (16 mm2, 25 mm2), Fire Alarm device (MCP, Strove Light) .
 Installation of MCB, MCCB, RCB, CT, PT, Earthing system as per drawing.
 Distributing the work into different group & managing the manpower.
 Taking safety training & JSTI (job safety task instruction) meeting.
 Maintaining safety according to company safety standards.
 Estimation of manpower and tools with respect to job.
 Supervising the project progress onsite.
 Prepared and submitted reports of work performed.
 Making daily & monthly work progress report.

 Monitoring DS treatment process and finished without delay by controlling from SCADA.
 Maintenance & Troubleshooting of PLC & other equipment during DS treatment.
 Managing maintenance activities for electrical works Ups & Battery.
 Responsible for quick troubleshooting to prevent the interrupt of process.
 Monitoring reagent flow rate to achieve Aim ADS ‘Sulphur’ with optimum specific consumption of reagent.
