Conduct merged RSD/RST cases for specific caseloads.
Interview selected cases for resettlement submission.
Prepare RRF (Resettlement Registration Form) according to UNHCR procedures for each interview conducted.
Translation from English to Arabic and Arabic English when needed.
Provide Admin support to the Protection Cluster on Admin issues.
Prepare protection Unit Note Verbales.
Maintain financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports.
Prepare payment vouchers based on variety of documents, verifying accuracy by checking sources, making necessary calculations and inclusion of all relevant data.
Assist in the administrative formalities related to travel: Preparation of PT8, arrange for flight reservations and issuance of tickets, issuance of visas of traveling staff where needed and assist staff in preparation of travel claims.
Management and organization of UNHCR premises : Arrange for the upkeep and maintenance of the premises, assist in the management of seating arrangement and organization movement of staff when necessary and manage stationary.
Manage driver’s movement.
Obtaining offers from supplies, determine most suitable supplier and items in accordance with supply rules and regulations.
Teaching general and specific/technical English to students. Designing in-house technical English language courses including grammar practices, spelling, phonics and dictation. Conducting tests for students.
Reviewed teaching materials and provided advice on updates and upgrades to management.
Provide advice to school management of teaching approaches and techniques.
Prepare the daily news reports.
Prepare official Note Verbales.
Preparing the monthly financial report of the consular Section.
Cover and report all events.
Translation or communications and reports as needed ( Arabic, Chinese, English, French)
