I worked on the design of a villa in the RAWASSI GARDENS PROJECT at BeitMisk, Lebanon.
- Editing plans as requested by clients
- Checking the feasibility of the modifications introduced to the design by the architects
- Modelling on Archeiffel (requested by the client)
- Calculations made according to the BAEL as requested by the client
- Drawing excavation, formwork and reinforcement plans
The project consists of 3 towers, 30 stories each.
As consultant trainer I was exposed to different processes, and was involved in the following duties:
- Inspection of formworks
- Attending concrete pouring in progress
- Supervising steel reinforcements installations
- Attending MEP works
- Inspection of partition and finishing works
- Checking execution Plans
- Checking laboratory tests
