• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold or listed in the market, in order to determine the price to be listed in our listings.
• Farming-Collecting data: Properties for sale, for rent, lands, shops, offices … (filtered by specific regions + making the pool data wherever im passing by the route in order to have a large variety of properties in all Lebanon)
• Generate lists of properties for sale, rent…(their locations and descriptions, availabilities, prices, floor plans, legal documents…)
• Meeting and dealing with developers and FSBO who owned properties in order to sign the seller agreements (attached by copy of the owner id, copy of sanad, signed price list, wikala if needed, picture for the property)so I can list it in our database.
• Meeting with potential clients in the office, so I can determine their needs and wants and determine what kind of properties they are searching for(size, budget, location, purpose…)and fill the prospect form + signing the buyer agreement (buyer agreement, copy of the buyer id)
• Preparing a well scheduled showing
• Following up with buyer and seller
• Closing the deals (after negotiation with buyers and sellers with the offer offered by the buyer)
• Making contracts (modifications, legal documents for the contract…)
• Using advertisements to promote the sale, rent of a property (agent network, internet adds, waseet, elmazad, realestate.com, Facebook and much more..)
• Working as an intermediary between the buyers and the sellers.
• Advising sellers on things they can do to make and editing and making small touches to their home to be more appealing to buyers
• Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems with buyers and seller and also inside the office with my colleagues.
• Coordinate with our team in the office (new listings, new requests…)

The duties of a Collections Specialist include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department.
Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
