I was recruited by Nathan & Nathan employment services to work on a 1-month project with ADNOC gas processing. The tasks assigned to me is as follows:-
Provide support for incoming HR queries and issues relating to policies.
Clarification on the existing and new policies was given on inquiry.
Timely follow-ups on issues were done and updates were given to the concerned person.
Support in operating the web portal and e-service as were provided.
Logging the issues/ concerns from the employee on the portal on their behalf for an appropriate response from the concerned team.
Maintaining a daily work log in order to support the workflow.
Uploading visa applications onto the system.
Search and link previous traces to all applications received by the visa section.
Reporting the documents relating to correspondence work.
Reporting any suspected forgery.
Quality checks done on the application.
Segregating the applications according to their respective category.

Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
Classifying and modifying the existing records for future reference using Microsoft Excel.
Familiar with the an alphabetic filing system.
Responsible in taking the required file and returning the same in the cabinet in a specified manner.
Prepared a file log and reported the day-to-day developments.
Conferring with document controller and other personnel to resolve discrepancies.
Posting changes to computerized control records, releasing documents, and notifying affected departments
The new team members were guided and helped if required.
Familiar with a DBMS system (Epicor)
Worked as a team in setting up a DBMS system.
Reporting any problems encountered while working on the system.
Handling enquires of employees and providing them proper information
Prepare various kinds of HR related correspondence
Filing and document handling
Preparation of receipts/payment vouchers
Preparation of quotation, L.P.O, invoices
Preparation of bank deposit slip, cheques.
Preparation of workers salary sheet.
Familiar with CNIA pass procedure.
File management and manage day to day administrative tasks
