Tasked with reviewing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project specifications for completeness and defining the scope of work. Evaluation of sub-contractor proposals for completeness. Quantity taking-off. Cost estimation. Conduct a thorough unit pricing assessment and breakdown for all mechanical system components to support a more transparent budgeting and project planning. Calculate manpower requirements.

Bill of quantity preparation and costing (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Protection systems). Contract variations management, control and documentation. Tender analysis & cost comparison. Perform other post contract duties such as billing evaluation, reconciliation, remeasurements and site verification of progress. Assisting in the Final account preparation and documentation. Attends site-coordination meetings.

Review MEP plans for issued changes & estimate material quantity. Keeps records and documentation of project variations. Review RFI & RFA for possible specification variations. Provides weekly and monthly variation reports to management.

Tasked to manage and inspect subcontractors HVAC installation works. Monitors and schedules sub-contractor daily activities. Attends coordination meetings. Prepares progress reports and progress billing documentations.

Tasked to manage and inspect contractors HVAC, Elevators &Escalators installation works, evaluate contractors and suppliers progress billings for owners payment, Review and evaluate mechanical plans for avoidance of installation clashes, attends weekly, monthly meetings, produces progress reports and documentations.
