Depending on the nature of the event the role varied. The sites I worked at included: conferences, promotion spots, concerts, exhibitions as well as sports, entertainment and educational events (FIFA, Formula 1, concerts etc.)
Customer service- guide, help and provide information to customers, clear any arising conflicts.
Hostess - assist the customers in any way needed
Promoter- market and advertise the product
Plan lessons according to Montessori Curriculum standards, lead the class, delegate tasks to the teacher assistant, attend training and compulsory weekly meetings.

Assisted the Letting Department as well as the Property and Asset Management Department. Prepared real estate market analysis, database work, helped implementing a new IT system, cold calling and document translation.
