To ensure that all teachers get assessment scheme and mark book in advance with necessary tips to follow.
• To ensure that all results are presented with statistical analysis each term.
• Provide website updates for EYFS that includes circulars, announcements, guideline for parents, academic & extra-curricular activities calendar, teacher profile-entry &
update, HW schedule, test schedule etc.
• EYFS web portal In-charge - to provide parent -teacher log in, upload edited EYFS
resources, provide guideline/training to the teachers for uploads in advance & parents
Log -in response.
To make sure all teachers are aware of school regulations, leave policy, punch in/out, exit pass, school ID for entry exit etc.
• To hold at least once in a week meeting with teachers to update on school plans
• To make sure that event/evaluation dates are planned and informed in advance to the parents.
• To adhere to the photocopy rules set by the school and instruct teachers accordingly.
• To keep effective communication with parents through Website, web portal, diary, circulars and SMS and make sure that everybody is receiving the information.
• To set ground rules for assembly, corridor movement, classroom noise tolerance, what acceptable and not acceptable, recess discipline etc.
• To work closely with school counselor and coordinators to oversee academic, behavioural, psychological development of children in the school.
• To effectively utilize the skill and availability of Eyfs assistant to run school function smoothly.
• To engage parents in a constructive dialogue with respect to discipline, academic progress, behavioural issues and complaints from either party.
To ensure the safety of children all the time and guide staff how to respond to emergency situations e.g. information to school admin office, clinic, parents etc.
• To ensure that weekly plans for parents are uploaded on school website/portal by Wednesday latest.
