• Preparing and processing policy document for dispatch to customers
• Process of renewal notice and reminders for policies lagging behind (lapsed or requires reinstatement)
• Liaising and Co-coordinating with the head office for all branch updates and requirements
• Policy endorsement and timely reconciliations
• Records, registers and posts new claims for processing at HO within the set standards to ensure quality customer service is given.
• Address all customer queries relating to claims and escalate where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure completeness in documentation of all claims and all requests or call for additional information to facilitate faster review of any claims as and when necessary by liaising with head office
• Ensure that the branch reports and information adheres to the laid down timelines in line with SLAs.
• Manage branch petty cash and replenishments
